Try eliminating offensive language from your vocabulary. That includes using no illness as an adjective, such as the words "insane" or "crazy”. This is a very small step you can take to help. If you're not sure what to say instead, remember the word "crazy" can be replaced by an abundance of words. Crack open a thesaurus or think about a word that would more accurately describe what you are talking about.
